Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Grow In Aaraam. We want to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We are only shipping to all provinces and territories across Canada.

Local Pickup is available for customers in Scarborough, Toronto, Durham. You will be notified when item ready for pick up. 

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@growinaaraam.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

International Shipping At this time, we don't offer international shipping. 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete:

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@growinaaraam.com.
  • Address changes are not be possible once the order has shipped

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (within Canada)

  • Flat fee: $8.99 under $75 CAD
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75 CAD within Canada
  • Delivery Time: 5-7  business days
  • Tracking: Included
