Our Story

It shouldn’t be this hard to find clothing that feels right for growing girls. 

As a mother of girls, I found myself searching, again and again, for pieces that offered coverage, comfort, and ease. Instead, I was met with shorter lengths, sheer fabrics, and styles that required constant layering, or looking at boys clothes and feeling envious of the length they got. I was even willing to pay a little bit more just so the tops could have more coverage in comfortable fabrics. 

For a while, I adapted and thought, we “just make do”. But it always left me wondering… why should our girls have to?

Grow in Aaraam was created from that question. 

Aaraam (آرام), inspired from an Urdu word meaning, comfort and peace, is at the heart of every item. Thoughtfully designed looser silhouettes, longer lengths, and breathable fabrics come together to create clothing that moves with her, modestly and effortlessly. No compromise, tailored for ages 6-12 (and with expansion into age 14 in a few months).

Because when a girl feels at ease in what she wears, she carries herself differently. She is more grounded, confident, and empowered of who she is.
